A Bit About Emma

Hi there, I'm Emma! I specialize in working with adults of all ages that are facing eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and body image issues. I also work with clients seeking to explore their gender, sexuality, and relationships to sex and sexuality. I am passionate about helping individuals live authentically in their values, their relationships, and in the present moment.

I believe that therapeutic approaches should be tailored to each individual client in a collaborative, nonjudgmental way. CBT, DBT, somatic and mindfulness therapies, and person-centered theories are some of my go-tos. No person lives in a vacuum, so I bring culture, identity, and broader systems into consideration in our work together.

Seeking help is not always easy, and I am committed to providing you the compassion, autonomy, and acceptance you deserve on this journey. Please feel free to reach out to see if we may be a good fit together.
