You may look like you have it together while privately feeling anxious, stuck in your head, or exhausted by your own expectations. Maybe you overthink decisions, replay interactions, worry about disappointing others, or understand your patterns well but still can’t seem to think your way out of them.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, chronic self-doubt, and life or professional transitions. I especially enjoy working with thoughtful, high-achieving people who are used to being capable and self-reliant, and are frustrated to discover that trying harder isn’t always the answer.

My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to the person in front of me. I draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT alongside deeper emotional and insight-oriented work, as well as ERP and other evidence based modalities for compulsive responding. That might mean learning concrete ways to respond differently to anxiety, uncertainty, or intrusive thoughts while also getting curious about the emotions and long-standing patterns that keep you stuck.

I bring warmth, directness, curiosity, and humor to therapy. Ultimately, I want to help you spend less energy managing yourself and more energy actually living, trusting your judgment, tolerating the messiness of being human, and building a life that feels like your own.
