A Bit About Erin
I work with adults and professionals of all ages and genders experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and body image issues. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, & EFIT, tailoring sessions to meet the specific, unique needs of each individual.
I know the aspects of academic and corporate worlds that can impact mental health making past and present challenges more difficult to overcome. I provide a caring, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment. You may feel uncertain or have mixed emotions about seeking help. I hold space for you to show up as you are and offer the support you need to thrive.
I believe mental health is a basic human right. I am committed to providing the compassion, respect, and acceptance you deserve. Please feel free to reach out. All are welcome here!
