A Bit About Erin
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adults and professionals of all genders facing anxiety, perfectionism, OCD & related disorders, professional challenges, life transitions, and family/relationship conflicts. With a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space where you can show up authentically and feel supported in navigating your life’s challenges.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I blend evidence-based approaches Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and tailor sessions to your unique background and needs. I've worked extensively with college students and young professionals; I know the aspects of academic and corporate worlds that can impact mental health making past and present challenges more difficult to overcome.

I believe that mental health is a basic human right. My mission is to provide compassionate, respectful, and affirming care that empowers you to thrive. Whether you’re feeling uncertain about seeking therapy or ready to take the next step, I’d like to meet you where you are.
